Zichen Chen (Dawson), Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Massage Therapist, has more than 13 years of learning and working experience. Dawson graduated from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine with a bachelor and master degrees in Acupuncture and Tuina Massage. Before coming to Canada, he had completed an internship in TCM hospital as a TCM doctor in Beijing. Dawson has an academic research background in cervical and lumbar related disease, and accomplished a research project on Hyperlipidemia. In treatments, Dawson usually combines both Acupuncture theory and Tuina massage techniques. He also performs moxibustion, cupping and Guasha treatment. Based on the client's condition, he is able to help clients in relieving symptoms such as everyday muscle tension, chronic overuse conditions, and other postural dysfunctions, including stiff neck, frozen shoulder, Sciatica/piriformis, lumbar disc herniation, etc.
