On-Line Booking Available
– Please use our online booking system to Schedule, Change or Cancel appointments.
Vouchers, Gift Certificates or Packages
– Please present it to the front desk upon arrival, before your treatment
– Tax and gratuity not included in vouchers
– Please switch your phone to silent mode, and take off your outdoor shoes
– Please complete a health intake & consent form if it’s your first visit
– Please state your preference so we can assign the most suitable therapist to you
– Talk to your therapist about what you want for current visit and long-term goals
– Please communicate with your therapist on how we can make your experience better: noise, light, pressure, temperature, etc.
– If you are not satisfied with the service or style of therapy during your session, you may request to switch to a different practitioner no later than 20mins into your current session with no extra fee apply.
– Please make sure you have all your belongings
– Talk to your therapist about ongoing treatment plan
– As a courtesy, our receptionists will call you the day before your booking for reminder and confirmation.
– Failure to give a 24-hour advance cancellation or being “no show” will result in a non-refundable charge, which will be 60% based on the price of your booked session.
